Sounds identical to the Phillipino .50 money changer rumor from a few month back. Absolutely false! Same rumor different place.
Please, somebody shoot the messenger!

Where's the BS flag when you need it!!!
Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Whatever that may sum up, I for one won't bother trying to source it...I'll just let that market bluf itself while it wheels & deals from inside one of those catacombs in any of the pyramids there.... Your mules might perhaps throd out thirsty if the right passage helps but you might NOT come out alive...
No need to flag down such crappy bull Adster... it does help give a break in laughing out these jerks and their imagination! - cheers matey!

Now, this rumor raises the question...
"why would someone offer to buy dinar at $0.50 USD ($500,000 per mil) when you can get it from a bank or eBay for anywhere in the neighborhood of $800 per mil?
Sounds like a false rumor to me. JMO
