That is an old saying that I have been hearing my entire life. I can not say that I have ever really believed it and I surely never practiced it but the point is clear enough… Eat healthy and you will be healthy. I like simple sayings such as this one that offer little pearls of wisdom without being too long and drawn out. So, with that in mind, I want to put my own twist (you all know how much I love twists) on this old saying…


“A NEW MEMBER A MONTH KEEPS POVERTY AWAY!”


The difference between the original saying and this one is that I actually do believe and practice this one. Like the original, the point here is also clear enough… If you are bringing just one member per month into Team Rising Phoenix, you are… no, WE are ALL going to kiss debt goodbye forever. I keep posting in the forum about this simple goal, but it seems as if the message is getting lost some how. We are on the brink of breaking 500 positions filled in the matrix, there is no reason not to have 1000 a month from today, 2000 the following month and 4000 the month after that. It is really a very simple task to find a single person in a 30 day period to join our team. Only 12 people a year! If you can get more, that is wonderful, but all it takes is ONE SINGLE SOLITARY NEW MEMBER EVERY 30 DAYS.


We have dozens of members that are earning 12.00 to 40.00 in profit each and every month. I know how hard it can be to get friends and family involved in affiliate marketing, but think of this simple pitch if you are one of those members earning more than 10.00 in profit each month…


“I will make a deal with you (insert friend’s name here), all I am asking is that you give this a try for two months… and I will pay for the first month. Then you can try this out for two full months for just 6.75! If you don’t see the potential after 60 days, you can give it up.”


The wonderful part about this pitch is that if you are one of those members in profit, you can sign up one friend this way every single month and still have a little profit left over. Also, if you do this, SIGN UP YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS UNDER YOUR OWN 3900INCOME AFFILIATE LINK! Why would I say this? Because if you are in profit above 10.00, you already have downline members that your friends will fall under! If each member making over 10.00 in profit would do this, it would fill more downlines for their current downlines creating more members with a profit of over 10.00 that can then do this also. OF COURSE, NOBODY HAS TO DO THIS! IT IS JUST A THOUGHT I WANTED TO SHARE.


I personally have decided to not only set my goal at bringing in one new off line member each week instead of each month, I will sponser their first two full months myself. As my own profit grows, I will sponser more and more each week.


Okay, on to other issues… I have received several complaints from various members about people offering to teach them how to do better online, but only if they give them their email address first. I am not saying that the members making these offers are out to hurt the team, but I feel the point should be made that the forum is not here for anyone to build a personal “list” of prospects. The point in the forum is to keep members informed and share knowledge. If a member wish to share with other members on the team, they will have to do so in the forum. I was willing to let this action slide as long as the members had no issues with it, but judging from the flood of PMs I have gotten in the last few days, many do have a problem with it. I am sorry, but from here on out, any post found that asks other members to provide their email addresses or sign up on an auto responder will be deleted from the forum. Once again, I am sure these members meant know harm, but we want to cut this issue short now since it seems to upset some of our members.


Issue number two: For those that are not promoting, enjoy the free ride while you are able. One January 1st 2011, just a couple months away, we will start tracking hits. I hate to do this, but it has become clear that some people have decided to take advantage of the team’s good faith that each member would do his/her part. The stats collected WILL NOT BE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE, and only viewable by myself, Scott, Joy and Wes. We will also be giving cash prizes to the top surfer each and every month starting in January. (Admin members can not win, sorry Asher, but you would win every month otherwise) How much will the cash prizes be? Well, that all depends on how many new members we gain in that month. We will start at a base prize amount of 5.00usd and add a little more for each new member that joins the matrix. I have built a randomizer that will add an amount between .01 and .35 to the pot for each new member that signs up. (Not to keep dwelling on this, but if we each bring in our one member each month, the prize for the top surfer each month could easily reach hundreds of dollars and then thousands of dollars.)


The last thing I would like to cover in this newsletter is the contest Asher put together. I can not even begin to express how honored I am to be on the same team as those that chose to take part in this contest! MAY THE BEST SURFER WIN!!!!

This will be kind of a short newsletter but there is one very important issue we would like to address... downlines. We are now past 500 members signed up in the matrix and 2400 members joined on the team site, hopefully these members will soon join us on the matrix as-well. But the key issue here is that those that do not have a downline within 30 - 90 days of joining TRP should have one! We keep stressing the fact that every member needs to bring in just a single new member each month into the matrix but it seems that many of our members are not even making an effort. This has to stop if you actually want to earn a living online. If the 519 members we have in the matrix now would each bring one person into the matrix this month, it would give down lines to everyone that does not have one yet! We all have to get into this habit a.s.a.p.! Think of it this way, if we all do this every month, you... yes YOU, will be earning thousands of dollars a month within a year. It is time to step up and get this done.

Det går som sirapen, men jag ger mig inte på något som jag tror på och är lagligt dessutom. Men om vi kör en mini big launch på befintliga medlemmar så uppmanar jag dom som är lite intresserad att kliva på innan den sker. Are you all ready for the longest newsletter since the start of TRP? I hope so….
We are going to start this off with a copy of a few posts I made in the last couple of days. This is information that nobody needs to miss!

It is official. Our matrix has been tested and we feel it will serve us well. Thank you to all the members that helped us test it! We are setting the launch of this matrix for August 1st 2011 to allow for a large build up of membership.

A few important details...
1) Who will get the very top spot of the matrix?
This was decided by the "Spot The Dot" game we ran for a month awhile back. By drawing, Anastasia will be placed at the very top of this matrix in late July of 2011 and our membership will be signed up under her.
2) Who gets to sign up first?
All members that are earning the least amount of money in 3900income at the time of launch will be granted the first chance to sign up on this matrix followed by everyone else. Once everyone is signed up, we will then have every member take part in our "three times to make it", this will create massive incomes for all!
3) Why enter into our own matrix?
Simply put... we can now ensure that all members actually follow the system. Systems are important because when not followed, plans fail. It is included in our matrix TOS that admin can/may delete any account that fails to complete our "three times to make it". There will be no free loaders in this matrix and that means EVERYONE WILL MAKE MONEY!!!!


Just to put some minds at ease before the question pops up... The August first launch date will remain fixed. We will not be changing this date now that it has been posted.





I would also like to point out that we are setting a goal of 5000 members signed up on the 3900income matrix by launch day of the new matrix. This will mean that every member here at the moment will completely fill their down lines on the 2nd matrix when it launches! That will put 7514.00 in all of your pockets every month plus a few hundred to a few thousand more from your "three times to make it accounts! It is time to start really working towards your dreams everyone. 5000 members in the 3900income matrix is not a hard goal to reach, it is less than 10 matrix sign ups per member currently in the matrix in the next eight months. It is time to put wishing for success aside and replace it with earning success! The path to all your online dreams is resting at your feet right now, do you have what it takes to walk down that path?





Every member of TRP will earn a lot of money from the second matrix, but only those that have signed up with the first matrix (3900income) will take part in the launch of matrix #2!


The second matrix launch projection goes as follows...


(if our goal of 5000 is reached)


1) 5000+ members will create their first accounts on the second matrix. Those that are earning the least on the 3900income matrix will sign up first followed by the rest of the team. The first few dozen that sign up will almost completely fill their first 7514.00 matrix right then!





2) On August third every member will sign up their second account in random order, this will completely fill the matrixes for the first several hundred people from the August first launch and fill huge portions on everyone else’s as well as putting members under those people's second accounts.





3) On August sixth every member will sign up their third account in random order, this will now complete nearly every member's first matrix account from August first and fill huge portions of their second accounts also as well as some members getting members under their 3rd accounts.





4) On August 14th every member will create one last account to seal off this matrix. This will fill every members first account completely and nearly fill their second accounts as well! If this plan is followed to the letter, no member that takes part in the launch of the new matrix on August first will be earning less than 9000.00usd per month from then on and many members will be earning well over 12,000.00usd per month!





Not to mention that hitting 5000 members in the 3900income matrix by August 1st will also create 15,000+ positions in that matrix also! With the two matrixes combined, no member will be earning less than 10,500.00 a month.


And we will then duplicate the August first launch on October 1st! This will double or the earning of every member with each member earning no less than 18,000.00usd per month! We will then Repeat these launches every six months.


By following this system, we will have thousands of members (including every single member we have today) earning well over 30,000.00usd a month within 2 years time.

Now that is the big picture that TRP was designed to paint.








That was a lot of reading… but we have just a little more to cover….
In case nobody has noticed yet I would like to point out that Freerichie has been elevated to Mod status and joined the admin team. Why is this so important? Besides the fact that he has earned it with all of his hard work, you will notice that members of the original admin team are slowly being replaced by members that joined TRP as basic members. You will notice that Scott and Joy no longer hold Mod positions and have been replaced by yguns42 and Freerichie. Don't worry, they are still on the admin team, they have just been set the task of working with our future plans rather than keeping an eye on the forum.
This is a team that means so much more than just being a team. We are a community that is made up of you, the members. We started TRP with an admin team of 5 and soon we will match those original 5 with 5 admin picked from the membership. We already have 4 and the 5th will be selected soon. The point is that this is how a team should be run. The members should be able to elevate to leadership roles! No team should be run as a dictatorship... that just leads to failure.

Yes, this newsletter is a few days early. There will still be another newsletter on Monday but we need to get some information out to you all now. We have been working out the numbers for a mini-bang that will give a downline to those members that do not already have one by using members already in the matrix. This has proved to be very difficult due to the lack of response we have received from the members. We are doing all we can to get every member of TRP into profit before December 1st, but we need the help of the membership to do it. I hope nobody is offended by this, but it is a simple truth.... We can not do everything for you. Most of our members do their part or at least really try to, but we have some members that are sitting back, doing nothing and complaining about not getting anywhere. Because of those that are not pulling their own... everyone suffers.
We have a choice to make and I want it made as a team. A mini-bang into the 3900income matrix we are already building would have created downlines for those that didn't have one yet and would have put the members above them into even more profit. But we needed EVERY member to show their support to make it work. That has not happened, so we would like to move on to plan B. This is where the team will have to make a decision.


We want every member to succeed! Do you?

Plan B is putting a hold on the Mini-Bang and continuing to grow our 3900income matrix as we are now until January 1st of 2011. This gives us two months to really start working towards filling some positions in the 3900income matrix. This means that some of those members that don't have a down line right now, will by then. In order to get a point across that I have been attempting to make for a long time now I will also be giving 50.00 away in a drawing for those that follow this plan I am about to lay out. And even more if the plan is actually followed...





I have been going on and on about each member getting one new member each per month from offline to join us. As the old saying goes... It is time I put my money where my mouth is! Here is my offer, for every member that you get to join from offline between now and January 1st 2011, you will gain one entrance into a drawing for 50.00 cash. If you get 5 new members you will earn 5 spots in the drawing. The member you get to join will be entered into a drawing for 25.00 also. The new members that sign up will also be able to get entries into the 50.00 drawing by getting new sign ups themselves. So new members have a chance to be in two drawings... one for 50.00 and one for 25.00! This will work as follows....
