Post What is Stock Trading.

Dear Fellow Traders,

Everyone related to Stock Market is always focused on the goal of how much they can make buying/selling a stock, they forget to concern themselves with how much they risk loosing. Is it true that “The secret to great wealth in the stock market, is not big gains; its small losses”

Is this a strategy of keeping losses small? If we will win only 1 out of 3 times with our losers loosing 5% and our winners gaining 25% we can make extremely large profits. That’s do the math assuming that there is only 1 out of 3 winners. So if we make 9 trades of USD10,000 each in one month it means we will loose money on 6 and make money only 3. the 6 losers will cost us USD3000 (6*5% loss on each of USD 10,000 Trades) and the 3 winners will net us USD7500 (3*25% gain on each of USD 10,000 Trades) for a profit of USD 4,500

Regards
Mark

A stock market or equity market is a public market (a loose network of economic transactions, not a physical facility or discrete entity) for the trading of company stock and derivatives at an agreed price; these are securities listed on a stock exchange as well as those only traded privately.

Traditionally, stock trading is done through distributors, in person or by telephone. Like many people trade in the stock market increased dramatically in recent years, issues such as location constraints, busy phone lines, etc miss the start of communication increasingly in the offices of stockbroker . Information technology (software Securities Market) allows dealers in solving these problems with the file line sales.

A stock market is a primarily a virtual exchange of securities (that is, shares and debentures, which companies use as a means of raising finance) and derivatives (i.e. virtual instruments such as contracts that relate to assets and securities and can be traded). It is virtual in the sense that the market is an intangible concept, rather than a physical place, and as a result of advancing technologies traders can now get involved with little more than a laptop or mobile phone.

I don’t think it is possible to do sell with Stock Market, it is the reason I don’t prefer it at all, I prefer Binary Option trading far more since I see it as more profitable. I work with FMbinary.com company and they are the king of Binary Option industry, it provides us solid benefits with allowing us to start with as low as 100 USD, so it’s all easy and this is why I really love it and I believe that if we want to succeed then it’s the best way to go.

How do you consider your type of investing?

Long Term Investing is holding a stock for more than 1 year.

Position Trading is holding a stock for a few weeks to a few months.

• This is an ideal Trading Style for Beginners, and for learning how to trade Options.

Swing Trading is holding a stock for one “swing” aka “run.”

• A swing can last anywhere from 2 to 10 days on average.

Momentum and Velocity Trading is holding a stock only while momentum or velocity energy increases.

• The hold time can be anywhere from 1 to 5 days.

Professional Intraday Trading is holding a stock for a few minutes to hours.

• We feature End of Day to First Of Day training for front running ahead of High Frequency Trading velocity runs. This is how most Professional Day Traders currently trade.

Position Trading is what i preferred. What are yours?

When you buy a stock you literally become part owner of that company. Then you’ve become a “stockholder” or “shareholder,” which are simply other ways of saying “part owner.” If a stock is publicly traded, there will usually be a large number of shareholders at any given time.
