Default Am I the only one having a nightmare contacting support?

    Hi all,

I am having a nightmare of a time trying to get a hold of the PIPS helpdesk trying to get them to fix a mistake of theirs that devalued my account to a quarter of what it should be.

I've called numerous times and it's always busy or just rings out.

I've faxed them using the number provided and it would not go through. Fax didn't like the number.

I created numerous trouble tickets but EVERY time I got a response it was the answer to someone else's problem.

I received some direct email addresses for support personnel to email my problem to. I emailed 4 people 3 times and got no response over the whole of last week.

I read on this forum that emails were being blocked to support from early last week and that requests were to be directed through the ticketing system.

Hoping that the ticket system had finally been fixed up I created another couple of trouble tickets and WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT WASN'T! I STILL GOT A REPLY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S PROBLEM!

THIS IS BEYOND A JOKE AND HAS BEEN GOING FOR NEARLY A MONTH! IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE WHO'S HAVING THE SAME SORT OF NIGHTMARE?

I AM SO *$#?*** FRUSTRATED BY THIS AND AT MY WITS END AND I WANT TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE.

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WITH CONTACTS IN HIGH PLACES WHO CAN HELP ME OUT??????????????

Good news. Finally got through on the phone after all this time and the lady I spoke to was very good and restored my account to what it should be now.

Oh, I am soo happy for you ! It pays to be persistent.......

But you know; it is the email of PicPay that is not working anymore.
Whether PIPS has one dedicated e-mail for support questions I don't know.(I don’t think so)
I have always e-mailed one of the support girls when I needed something at PIPS.........

I have not been able to log into my account since the day of Byran's last post and I have had an open support ticket since then too with no response. I cannot call long distance nor fax overseas, so I dont have a clue as to what to do
