    Default TICKET SYSTEM.

    Twice I have left a ticket with regards a purchase on the merchat part of PIPS and twice it has dissappared without any response to my query.

    Basically I want my Picpay back so that I can join Picrealty and advice or assistance appreciated.

    Default Trouble tickets

    Hey, I'd rather have my deleted than what has actually happened to them. When i try to pull mine up I have somebody elses question attributed to me. I write and write trying to get them to correct this and guess what reply I get? Dear Sir: (I'm actually a madam), you need to contact PIPS support! Hello! Aren't you PIPS support?

    Yeah,the ticket system seems pretty screwy;I'm glad I haven't had to send one,as of yet(knock on wood).
    They've really gotta get their act together in that dept.Some members acct. details are being compromised when a ticket gets attributed to someone else;that is most UNprofessional.

    The ticket system in PIPS does not work. Has not worked since the new site came up............

    PicPay tickets work though.........
