    Default Is there anyone???

Is there any member's who will be calling support in the near future? If so, would it be possible for you to have support reset my pin number. I am unable to call them direct and have had no luck with faxing them. My username=freedotus/[email protected]. Thanks so much for any help...James

Is it Picpay or Pips pin ?!

Pips pin you can reset yourself if you lost it. Picpay you get over phone.

I do not know what info they need from you while you are on phone.

    I never called for myself.

To reset pin, yes you need secret question. Did you have one when you sign up? If you never fill one, which I doubt, than try just leave blank.
If that does not work than you need to phone office and with proper information you will get pin.

See, pin is very important security issue. They set it up so no-one can get inside of your account. I keep log of my pins and keep them with me 24/7.
    That is my life.

I am sorry if I could not help you, but no-one can get you pin except yourself.

    Default Calling for New Pin.

You can get a ASIAN or overseas calling card and use that with your regular phone to call Malaysia. Only You can get your own pin#.

    good Luck,

newlife: all fields have to be filed in when using the answer to the secret question. ALL members who used the new site for the first time have to fill in every peice of details in the box, and they should of written it down on paper.
if they did, the reset pin feature works... i tried about 30 mins or so ago, and got in just fine.

When I tried to login earlier today it came up as...

Login error = 2 which is "user name and password no found"...

I did use the "correct pincode" which I was issued previously. It was written down in my notebook.

Execute pincode reset procedure at login page then login as usual.
