Thread: can't login

Hello,

I tried to login at pips, but it didn't work. We have 100 % sure the right username pin and password but ican't log in
I have 3 accounts and none of them is working.
2 accounts I havent accessed for 7 months. I account I logged in about 1 monyh ago and that wasn't a problem.
If I want to call them it says that you need : username, MEMBER ID and pin, but what is a member ID and can somebody tell me why I can't get in to my account?
