use the "reset pin feature", and you'll be fine... you should be able to use this since everyone had to give a secret question and answer to use the new site for the first time... ;)
I just reset my pin about 5 minutes ago, and logged in just fine. :)

it does work.
the secret answer is case sensitive.
ensure it's the correct question selected.
the password to your account can not contain any symbols (also case sensitive)
you must make sure you are using the correct email address.
surely you have all this written down, just as one would when writing the pin number down each time on paper. :?

From what I understand your problem happened when the new site was introduced and you were unable to login initially with 0000. Then you did not even get to the secret question and answer section. You will need to reset both your password and pin. I had the same problem and PIPS staff sorted it out. Either call them, fax them or send an email to: [email protected]. Calling is the best, make sure they are able to login to your account while you are on the phone. Stress this in the fax or email as well. Rani fixed my account.
