Thread: Sign-in trouble

Is anyone having trouble signing in to P**S? I cannot sign in. It says my username/password not found. Nothing has changed.

Any suggestions? If I wrote down my pin code wrong (which I don't think I did), how do I get it reset?

Hi,

This has happened to us before. Right pin, password and username...just stopped working for us.

Try re-setting your pin, then try password. Sometimes this works, if not, we ended up calling and had everthing re-set by girls in the office.

I had the same problem some times ago - from an error I made during the setup in the early days with my name, I know that they had to make a playback of the datas, partly.

you are one of the chosen lucky ones as I was.

call and ask them to reset your pin and ask for a new password ( have ALL of your details ready ) .

calling pips and pickpay is a long story - most of the times the lines are bussy.
