Looks like an AWESOME page, just wish that I could understand what I'm looking at. I do get the idea, but the details are escaping me.

Vat is short for Virtual Automated Technologies, an online payment system. PIPS was negotiating with them to be a payment system for them but as of July 29/05 this relationship has been severed according to a posting from VAT Admin that is listed in this forum or available from the "Jump to" link at the bottom of this page.
