Riddle-me-this-y'all...if they don't have any inventory WHY can you still buy it on their website?!?!?

Even if BoA did run out of Dong, our orders have been placed, confirmation numbers issued and the rates we bought them at secured. It may take awhile but eventually they will have to deliver. We waited this long, we can put up with our day jobs for just awhile longer! Stay positive folks!

I wonder if it could be a regional issue with their currency stock. Notzabad2000 and I are in Florida. I guess we will wait and see what happens. I will make a call tomorrow to check on it.

is it certain that as long as you have a confirmation # and rate it will be honored even if they are out currently??

Wooooooah...I just received e-mail re: my $5000 BOA-VND order last night ..which I was given a confirmation number...."cancelled"...I called and was given an excuse different than the e-message..the BOA foreign currency person, tried every excuse..one after the other, with every BS excuse. The truth is..we know way more than they can try to BS us with.

Somebody wanted our Dong order real bad...and so prior orders were selectively canceled...??? any other company would be ???? for fraudulent transactions...sad but true..or is the Dong that important this week?

where is there info. on the dong! all of the threads are old and i have no idea whats going on!!! someone give me a summary!

Yes, in a normal world. I brought that up on the phone with BOA...currency.., I stated that I had a confirmation no....etc. We do have a case especially collectively.

Well I just went in and placed another order online...got the conf. number and email...difference this time was that I picked overnight delivery for the $20. What is that saying? Hell hath no fury as a redhead scorned? I am on a friggin mission to get my paws on some now!

SO they COMPLETELY cancelled your order? or did they re-open it after you called? And HOW are you getting to talk to anyone this late? I got a recording saying that they (foreign investment dept) were closed. (that's me jumping up and down right about now...)
