Yes it has, Sorry about the wait. My Co-Workers from the Day Job keep calling....finally...

I just got a call from BOA foriegn currency exchange and they are temporarily OUT of V_Dong. I ordered them last night. So, I ordered some from Ali.

Scared me so I just called as well, and they told mine was shipped in the denominations I ordered today and will arrive tomorrow. Ali is out. But he told me to tell all he will feel their orders that call him, he has shipment on the way tonight.

Looks like Spring is in the air! To my way of thinking, it is impossible to give proof that something happened in advance of the event.

Positive signs do exist, however. I can make a statement that an order of slightly less than 5k for VND last night made to BOA would produce 72,240,000
and the same order this afternoon would produce 65,095,000. That is a bonus difference of 7,145,000 VND.
