i called b of a foreign currency dept for the whole country. they are not even taking orders at this time. the cost is 76.00 per mil. you need to check back daily. they have had a run on it. NENOOOOOOO!!!! (said to the tone of col. klink saying HOGAAAN!!) (hogans heros)

Just received telephone confirmation that my order is processed and I will receive it Monday. I you have a confirmation number, I'm sure they can tell you if your order can't be filled.

I just processed an on line order with B 0f A at 4:30 P.M. and got a confirmation #. It was for 12,830,000 dong. They say they will ship tomorrow. I will have it by Monday. This was online, but there computer did not say they where out.

Looks like Spring is in the air! To my way of thinking, it is impossible to give proof that something happened in advance of the event.

Positive signs do exist, however. I can make a statement that an order of slightly less than 5k for VND last night made to BOA would produce 72,240,000
and the same order this afternoon would produce 65,095,000. That is a bonus difference of 7,145,000 VND.

Big business is moving into Vietnam. The same banks who were first to win deals in Iraq are also opening up in Nam. Mega resorts are on the drawing board. They are working on producing high quality exports.

The very wealthy Asian market is salivating over Vietnam. That is the group that leaves the most on the tables in Vegas too, for fun.

That what I need.

BTW, one of my orders was cancelled do to going over the cash transaction of my credit card. I went right back in a re-ordered from two different ones and went down like a cold Glass of Ice Tea and Texas Summer day.

The only think that sucked was I lost $8 gain per million on that order and now had to pay a extra $8 per million. Oh Well. My mistake, I didnt know the cash advance limit on that card. At least the other one went thru. Shows how much I use credit cards. Thanks inquisitive1.

I ordered at 10 :30 AM EST this morning. But, I ordered 1-3 day delivery. MY mistake.

I just called to check on the order, it is not processed yet, but will be declined, as they are out of stock.

A friend who ordered AFTER I did is receiving his shipment tomorrow. Turns out they have 2 different ques. Which is not the way I would do business.

The bottom line? Depends on the shipping method you requested today. Which, in my mind, does not seem right.
