You usally can buy Dong from any bank that holds it or foreign currency exchange places in travel agentcies or at international airports. The fees are usally low. Can be as low as $8.00 per trade

The dong is still holding steady and the Vietnamese economy is getting stronger by the day. I feel this will be a sneaky reval without any warning.

The Vietnamese want to keep the dong depreciated as long as possible to encourage as much economic growth as possible. They cannot keep it that way forever, something has to give sooner or later!

Check the news thread often for news contributed by others to get the read on whats happening.

There is also another place in New York but you have to pay 25c for a little peep of a dong. If you want to get a lot of Dong then probably a place in the "village" can help you with your search.
