I went to my wifes Wells Fargo yesterday. It is true that they have it for 72.00 a million, but you dont pay that then. You pay the rate on the day it arrives on. It can take upto 6 weeks to get it. Just thought I would thro that in. Good Luck.

Another way to buy VND from Wells Fargo and pay the rate of the day is to call their Foreign Currency Store at 1-800-626-9430. If you buy from them they guarantee the rate of the time of the purchase. You do need an account with them and they will debit your account. Currently, you can buy 6.9M dong for $500 plus a small shipping charge. Total comes to $509.xx. I received my second shipment yesterday and it took less than a week to get.

I just received my dong from Dinartrade. It took me ages to get to the bank for the MO - stuff kept happening - including a fire! Anyway, I finally got it off to them and they sent my dong without comment. I don't know if the rate changed in between, or not. It was good service in my book!

Yes, they came out with a Lame excuss of why it didn't go live on the 4th. It is posted in the Dong News Thread. My Opinion is they are still waiting on Iraq.

This article didn't come out until the 6th and was dated the 1st.
