There have been some good and bad when buying from ebay. You won't go wrong there nammoney.com. And Ali will give you a discount.

You know there is certian people that come for help and then there are those who come in here to run a game. I believe you are the latter. Find your help elsewhere.

Question was answered. propipster dosent have to use Ali. But since BofA is out for now, I would suggest Wells Fargo if you are in the US or nammoney, which you said no. If you are not in the US, then this could be the problem you have had with Ali. Dont know and Dont Care, that is between ya'll. But these are the only places I know of unless you are in Vietnam, or the e-bay sellers. Thread Closed.
