Please discuss what are the legal procedures to start a new business. Do i need a dba? Do i need a business license? What about taxes? How do i begin? Please state here your personal experience on what you had to do to get started.

Business law differs from country to country and even in the US from state to state. But to start an internet busines all you need is a product or service to sell. then just start marketing it. Marketing is the most important thing you need to do to generate revenue. That's what will make or break your business
