Just thought I'd ask everyones opinions on this. Should a company like Apple.com be able to file a trademark dispute on typo domains such as Applee.com, paple.com, spple.com etc?
This has become a big issues because there are thousands of people (often termed typosquatters) who register typo domains, park them at sedo.com and then make money off of them. Should this be legal?
