What parameters should I pay attention to when registering a domain name? I watched many registrars offer promotional prices that look pretty good. I even saw options when I can register TLD at a price 10 times cheaper than elsewhere.

Such situations are common. Registrars can also block such domain names without giving a reason. Therefore, I chose Pananames registrar, because the prices here are known for many years in advance. I have registered all 15 of my domain names here.
