That is indeed what many can count on...but discipline with themselves is another hurdle one must be strong to overcome too. I went in to see my odds here... only to find the tel nrs are not structured for recognition if one is outside USA. Also, there is no option for cases where one has none or perhaps hovering close at around under 1000 bucks with DC or CC debts... hence the $0 - $5000 is in place.

Yes, most miss the DOB format, but if you look close at each entry line, there will be a explanation. You just have to look closer as it does not have a bold highlight where information is wrong or missing. What you should see is a confirmation page which you are asked to print so you have your user name and password you chose.
