Here's an idea for you: join and sponsor 3 people for free! Then say that the way to repay you is to do the same thing. Some people hang in on the sidelines so long paralysed by the thought that they cannot "sell" or "market" anything--too risky. Just give them the entry fee and tell them to give away $30 to 3 needy people.

Same results.

You need 3 people on the 1st level anyway. Then they can fill up level 2 while feeling good about sharing.
