All scripts, ads, banners, images, counters, etc, contained by that web page will be also refreshed. The latest version has also proxy support. This way it can simulate traffic from all over the world.
Warning
Advertisement networks (such as Google AdSense or Yahoo Ads) will be also refresh. These advertisement networks may not agree with that, so you should not refresh web pages that contains monitors advertisement (ads/banners).
