As from August 01st, 2011, belated requests will be considered. You will be placed on HOLD and it will be decided by the Tentative core group of TPCs who decide, based on how your submitted requests and manner, effort shown, will be decided upon for acceptance. Responding hastily and creating flaws with your submission will only reduce your chances, no correspondence will be exchanged for unsatisfactory requests received. Those who does correctly will receive a confirmation to be on the "On Hold" status list marked in blue in Post#3.

I don't want to be bombarded by unnecessary emails and do note the following, you must first PM me in RC Forum to forewarn me in advance prior to emailing me about it with a recognized title subject. Otherwise, I will treat it as SPAM and your email request ignored!!!

In this Forum, everyone can see the list mentioning just your ROLClub username. Nothing more needs to be displayed and the date you emailed me concerning the specific complied request.

Other than that, no other details will be visible on the Forum. What you email to YB will be treated as confidential and private detailing your relevant information which will display: Full name, your current Rolclub username on this forum thread, current address if no change was made since you transferred the monies to BM/PIPS otherwise the previous address is to be mentioned too, Contact nrs (both land line and cell), D.o.B. (optional), method of transfer to BM/PIPS, and the amount you had transferred (not the simulated amount that you thought should be paid out according to the then PIPS simulated ROI chart).

The usernames are in alphabetical order and their dates requesting to be listed will be shown. This, unlike the previous method adopted related to the 1st attempt on the Malaysian Trial coverage and subsequent listing of claimants as HDGs, will simply show what was just stated in order to preserve privacy of each individual.

When your username is shown on this thread, it means that you have been noted after a separate email you sent earlier to YB with the details you were requested to disclose. There is no purpose this time round as oppose to what was shown before, to consider who is listed before or after another. Take no notice of this. What is important is that you may recognize the usernames more than ever base on how interactive he or she is becoming and how the person is being appreciated and deserve consideration at whatever input, suggestions tips or advise that were spontaneously or humbly shared to further assist or is an asset to the attempts of this collective goal on behalf of all involved.

It is very much hoped that ALL of you do your best if you can, to have others like you, know & realize that a new attempt to recover & claim a refund payout someday is undertaken and they too can join in to be part of it. Let them know esp. that our first hurdle is very important too which is to gain the numbers to help keep the unforeseen costs low which in turn allow more to be part of the growing group for their claim.

Please spread the word to all those ex-PIPSters you know and invite them to visit the links so they can read and further update themselves on what is now taking place. Let them know too, they need to comply by first registering FREE with ROLClub Forum and sign in with a username of their choice. Once that has taken place, follow further with emailing to YB and hopefully too, become interactive for by doing so, they will begin to feel confident and be accepted with the growing group as a whole, be family with this next attempt to get YOUR monies back!

It appears we are now being stormed by many emails received after visiting the forum, under "guest" status and remaining to stay as such while seizing the same opportunity to join in with ROLClub registered membership to submit their claims as well.

This "Next Attempt" is primarily meant to serve members of ROLClub who had stayed and remained registered with ROLClub.COM Forum. Registered membership of ROLClub must be no later than 01st May 2011.

All you have to do is submit your request to be listed and if that is too much of a hassle, then we are afraid whatever process we later include would be much too much for you and its safer now to remind, those not planning to comply, to reconsider seriously for if you don't, it will cause YogiBrood much too much involvement & work to accommodate "non complying" persons wanting to be listed. Hence, your minimal attempt to abide and/or lacking adherence will be ignored and only you have yourself to be blamed for.

168 members are now listed for the Next Attempt

The submission requesting to be listed for the Next Attempt is now closed. There will be a second opportunity to submit for any requests after August 01st. Closing dateline is Dec 31st, 2011 or earlier.

The listed members will soon begin their efforts within a collective approach and fundamentally, in maintaining and safeguarding their privilege with privacy, through which all updates, exchanges and direct mailing will take place by emailing. There will be no PMing either through the RC Forum. Every individual TPC (Third Party Claimant), will in the preceding stages during the long expected process be in direct communication with YogiBrood. Occasionally, there will be expected calls or immediate text messaging applied but emailing is the general path adopted.

As before, with the first attempt on the recovery of funds, YB will update general details on the progress but will restraint from any inside information pertaining progress or development to the process. The only ones who truly needs to know are the individual Claimants themselves who chose to select and devote this new & next attempt for their own cause so, they will rather prefer to have it upheld this way.

When it is finally over, perhaps they might want to share their experience or thoughts on how they went through but wait for that moment and each individual will be the best person to decide if they so choose to divulge any information on the coming months or year to share with anyone on the forum.

ROLClub forum will have no part in obliging them to do so... every person involved will be given that respect and privilege, so helping with your support & understanding for them and all of you involved, I wish the best for all TPCs on recovering their monies somewhere out there that Bryan Marsden was responsible for.

Aug 22nd - Poll-Vote

On this date through Aug 28th, will be the week for the current TPCs to choose and confirm whether they will stay through with the pursuit & process of the Next Attempt. From these claimants, they will then form as the pursuit group in cooperating & participating and/or on behalf of the remaining claimants, albeit directly or indirectly to pursue further with the strategy, borne out from this next attempt. They will also decide through a consensus, approving and eventually accepting those late submissions to join the group.

This will take some time at a later stage after the strategy has been discussed and implemented for the smooth, gradual process. For those who think they would still like to submit for consideration, you may and it is very much recommended to heed the request procedure you will find in Post #1 and #2. Incomplete details and/or submitting with flaws will end your chances for consideration. If you can't follow or adhere in abiding simple instructions, you certainly cannot be taken for serious to join these determined group as they will judge your submissions as received.

YogiBrood will not be responsible for your acceptance or rejection by the new TPC core group, but he will be your first submission as threshhold stage to receive your qualifying requests as is expected of you. You have to be a registered ROLClub member before 01st May 2011 for your request to be considered.

Sept 5 - 13th Funding & Core Group Formed

During this scheduled week, listed claimants to-be will follow-up the stage with their commitment to endorse and donate funds needed to cover efforts on the next Attempt. From sept 13th onwards, the funding Donors are literally the core group of TPCs will move forward on the next Attempt to retrieve their scammed monies. Strategy of details will not be disclosed nor shared on the forum. Yogibrood will, similar to the first successful Refund Claim, update information on this forum when & on whatever is deemed factual or necessary but nothing into details for the obvious reasons. Those who have showed and wanted to be part of this eventual core group did what they thought could be adequate but for failing to meet the basic and initial requirements expected, it became unfortunate that we have to let only those who truly had shown the desire as a will they voted for and donated to fund on the efforts to pull it through. Those who are unable to be listed, for all the reasons that prevented them, still have the opportunity to join (and only serious requests with no flaws in their submitted details will be placed in bolded-blue and await acceptance after a consensus approval is carried out) which some have already done so.

Those who were listed in Post #3 in this forum and did not make it to the core group, despite participating the Poll-Vote and funding, need not try any further.

Resulting from the Poll-Vote that was mailed to the then, current list of TPCs totaling 168 RC members who requested to be listed and out of their serious and genuine interest and/or enthusiasm or perhaps by sheer good-feeling on a particular day when they felt like doing so, with all the various members and likes gathered together through a collective mailing they received (those who are banned & decisively removed and those all-smart innocuous posters as intimidating gurus commenting about leading any attempts to set-up thinking they are better at doing it), one just can't really tell as yet, at who is WHO that will truly go the extra mile than just a whole lot of hot air echoed and mailing continuous queries but leaving little substance to any actual interaction with the current Claimants who are bent on seriously moving forward with patience and respect for other fellow claimants through interactive rapport.

If you were not involved with the Poll-Vote and you did NOT receive any mail about it after its closing dateline, that was due to your choice made in not responding to the invitation hence, you have placed yourself OUT of IT even though you are listed in the initial Claimant List thread on Post #3.

For those who were fortunate to receive and to participate, but DID NOT for whatever reasons they have apart from obvious non interactive exchanges that was created as a path to build up and initiate close rapport with others who needed them as much as one needs the Claimants-to-be in return, it became obvious that this Poll was important and utterly necessary to distinguish just who is on the trail and whoever else that just didn't bother or deserve to be part of the pursuit. By displaying continued absence during the growing exchanges that took place since end of July and prior to the Poll-Vote date on Aug 20th, you deprived your chance & further opportunity for this Next Attempt.

The next decisive stage will be the mandatory funding to cover the efforts during the preliminary stages which may involve months of anticipated exchanges, contacts and trips needed by one or more Representatives, acting on behalf of the core group in liaise with the Lawyers.

Those who then voted and adhere in funding with their mandatory donation to initiate the process, are the Core Group of Claimants for the Next Attempt. Those who chose NOT to fund, unfortunately, will no more be listed nor have further need to be involved and obviously, will be left out as from Sept. 13th, the closing day for funding with their donation. Only those who had been involved with the Poll-Vote have access to this funding.

So, to each his own and to those who responded, we welcome the new group who will also decide through their mandatory initial funding to stage & confirm their ultimate goal, as part of the Core Group of Claimants. At a later scheduled stage, listed among the Bolded-Blue usernames, a consensus will be carried out by the core claimants (TPCs) to decide who shall be accepted to join them for the Next Attempt.

From hereon, I will open the new opportunity for those who somehow were unable or had been left out for whatever circumstances faced and this is the chance to submit your requests for so long as the welcome mat stays open till end of this year.

Those who were listed in bolded red as from Post thread #3 and those who did not respond to the invitation mail concerning the Poll-Vote followed by funding a mandatory donation, need not try again for any future re-attempt is basically & completely over & your appeal will subsequently remain ignored.

For the new requests, you MUST be a registered ROLClub member first and foremost and registered before 01st May, 2011. You are required to abide and adhere with the submitted details as instructed in Post #1 and #2, scroll all the way to the top of this forum and proceed from there. Do it correctly is my advise for this time round, your hasty submission with avoidable clear flaws will be rejected and no correspondence will be made with you about it. Set that attitude right & straight and you'll make it like those who made it. Those who submitted in accordance to the simple instructions, you will get a confirmation from YogiBrood which will then have you listed in bold-blue and your request for acceptance will stay On-Hold until further notification that will be decided by the Core group of TPCs at a later stage.
